Okay, the feast days are over - it's time to buckle down again and work towards some change.

Planned for today -

espresso + 1 tsp sugar
2 eggs with butter

Fage 2% yogurt

salmon fillet
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cabbage
cooked with butter
